I think it's that, plus the impeccable style that makes you just a little bit hard to forget. [Izzy has noticed, after all, that a number of the people that she's run into so far aren't quite dressed in what she would call fashionable clothing. Magnus is probably the first person she's seen that actually looks like he has a sense of style that she inherently knows that she likes from first glance.
