"Sounds smart to me. After all, you don't want to be taken advantage of." Izzy comments, sort of getting what Clary is saying with the comment. The petite woman, herself, is certain that she'd be happy to help people in most situations. Everyone, though, has a ine...or a breaking point. It doesn't matter how she knows that, but she just knows. Maybe it's just common sense?

Leaning up against the nearest surface, Izzy's eyes continue to follow Clary's practiced movements. She's not sure that she's going to remember the order. Or that she needs to, but it just feels like the thing to do. "So, pretty recent, then, wow..." Bringing a hand up to push her hair back again, Izzy tilts her head. "Was your aunt all right?" She isn't sure if she knows the aunt, or the girl herself, but Izzy can't quite help the caring follow-up question before reaching out to take her smoothie with a charming smile.

"Thank you, that's sweet. I will have to come back some time so I can actually give you money next time, then." Izzy winks before picking up a straw from a dispenser, popping it into her cup, and lifting the cup to take a sip. Once she's gotten enough of a taste the shadowhunter gives an appreciative nod, swallowing her drink and giving an 'a-okay' gesture. "This was definitely the right choice!"
