Damon and Stefan are from mid season 7, "This Woman's Work". so spoilers spoilers spoilers. but it's far down the canon.

Katherine, however, is coming from the end of Disturbing Behavior, I think. it's the one before The Reckoning. She hit the road with Damon with someone in the trunk of her car on a mission of sorts. This is Season 3 Katherine.
