LMAO DAMMIT Meg is giving him a bad rep via Sam, I won't stand for it. Steve's definitely not a speedster, he just kind of has an endless supply of endurance and a, uh, perfect body so is able to keep up a sprinting pace for an extended period of time. Would Alec be able to keep up with that?

Alec is part Angel so he's not quite human but not as strong or fast as some supernatural beings. It'd depend on the pace and the time, but Alec does have a heightened speed and a stamina rune. Please don't ask Magnus about that one.
